How The Program Works
Knives
- Choose your cutlery package based on the needs of your chef and kitchen staff.
- Your route sales representative will collect your dull knives and replace them with newly sharpened knives and deliver your dull knives to our facility where they will be cleaned and sharpened in preparation for your next delivery.
Blades
- Choose the blades you use in your daily food preparation such as your slicer blades, food processor blades, grinding plates/knives etc.
- Your sales representative will collect your dull blades and replace them with newly sharpened blades and deliver your dull blades to our facility where they will be cleaned and sharpened in preparation for your next delivery.
Tablecloths & Napkins
- Choose your linen package.
- Choose your colors for your tablecloths and napkins. We have over 40 different colors to choose from.
- You will receive a bin to store your soiled linens.
- On your scheduled delivery day your route sales representative will collect your soiled linens. They will deliver your crisp, freshly ironed, and folded linens. Your soiled linens will be taken to our facility where they will be inspected for wear and tear. They will then be washed with an epa-registered formula, and then ironed, folded, and packaged in preparation for your next delivery.
Chef Apparel
- A route sales representative will meet with you to determine your comprehensive uniform needs based on your staffing needs.
- A complete uniform will be selected and sized for each employee.
- Choose your colors for your uniforms. We have over 40 different colors to choose from.
- Determine if you want your uniforms embroidered with your staff’s name and logo.
- Uniforms will be ordered.
- You will receive a bin to store your soiled linens.

- Choose the size of your mats.
- Determine if you want your logo on your mats.
- On your scheduled delivery day your route sales representative will collect your soiled mats. They will deliver your crisp, fresh mats. Your soiled mats will be taken to our facility where they will be inspected for wear and tear. They will then be washed with an epa-registered formula, and then packaged in preparation for your next delivery.
Mops
- A route sales representative will meet with you to determine your mop needs based on your business needs.
